Surviving and Thriving Through Covid 19 – Connection is the key.
ASCY (Affiliated Services for Children and Youth), based in Hamilton Ontario, recently hosted an interactive learning session with Dr. Jean Clinton. Dr. Clinton is a clinical professor in the department of Psychiatry and Behavioural Neural Sciences at McMaster University and an advocate for children’s well-being and social emotional development.
This learning session encompasses a series of discussions over four parts that support families and early childhood educators through various stages of the Covid-19 pandemic.
When we accepted the opportunity to join with the Tools for Life team, with the goal of developing an Early Years Educator’s Manual to create a foundation for the elementary school resources, there was no hesitation at all.
